If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to prior approval from our customer service team.

If the return is due to an error on our part—such as shipping the wrong item or a manufacturing defect—we will promptly take care of the issue and cover all return shipping costs.
We’re committed to resolving any mistake quickly and at no cost to you.
If the problem is the result of misuse—such as incorrect washing or not following the care instructions provided with our garments—then return and replacement costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Customized Apparel
For custom garments (e.g. personalized prints, colors, names, or sizes):

If the mistake is ours (e.g. wrong text, incorrect color, or wrong size from what was ordered), we will remake the item and ship the replacement at our expense, with no cost to you.

If the customization details were entered incorrectly by the customer—such as the wrong name, color, or size—the replacement will be processed, but the cost will be charged to the customer.
All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and labels.
